Welcome to TimeStampMark ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TimeStampMark provides tools for:
Taking photos with timestamp, date, location, GPS, and custom watermarks
Recording videos with watermark information
Adding watermark templates to photos and videos
Displaying time, address, latitude, longitude, weather, and custom text
Creating work records, field reports, inspection records, attendance check-ins, and daily photo records
Saving or exporting watermarked photos and videos to your device or photo library
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the app for illegal activities
Use the app to create false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful records
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
Interfere with app functionality, security, or normal operation
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights when using the app
You retain full ownership of any photos, videos, text, location information, or other content you create, access, edit, or manage using TimeStampMark.
However, you are responsible for ensuring that:
You have the right to capture, edit, save, and share any photos, videos, or other content
Your use of the app does not violate any applicable laws, privacy rights, property rights, or third-party rights
Any watermark information you add or edit is accurate and appropriate for your intended use
You have obtained any necessary permission before capturing or sharing content involving other people, private property, workplaces, or restricted locations
We do not claim ownership of your content. Photos and videos created with TimeStampMark are stored on your device or photo library according to your permission settings.
TimeStampMark may use device time, network time, GPS location, address information, weather data, and other related information to generate watermarks.
You understand and agree that:
Location accuracy may vary depending on your device, GPS signal, network connection, and permission settings
Address, weather, and GPS information may not always be complete, accurate, or available
Network time and location-based information may require an internet connection
Watermark information should not be treated as legally certified evidence unless independently verified
You are responsible for reviewing watermark content before saving, exporting, or sharing it
TimeStampMark may offer optional subscription services to unlock premium features.
Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
Advanced watermark templates
Video watermark features
Custom watermark options
High-quality export options
Additional editing or productivity tools
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscription prices may vary by region
Available subscription plans and pricing will be displayed in the app before purchase
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
All purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple
We do not have the ability to grant refunds directly
Apple may request limited subscription usage data to process refund requests, in accordance with App Store policies
All rights related to TimeStampMark, including:
App design
UI elements
Watermark templates
Features and functionality
Text, graphics, logos, and other app assets
are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of the app without permission.
TimeStampMark may rely on third-party services or system frameworks, such as:
Apple frameworks, including Camera, Photos, Location Services, and related APIs
Weather, map, geocoding, or time services
Analytics or crash reporting tools, if used
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
TimeStampMark is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
The app will be error-free
The app will always be available
All features will function without interruption
Location, address, time, weather, or GPS information will always be accurate
Watermarked photos or videos will be accepted as official proof by any organization, employer, authority, or third party
You are responsible for reviewing all photos, videos, and watermark information before saving, exporting, or sharing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for data loss, file corruption, inaccurate watermark information, failed exports, or service interruptions
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use, sharing, or interpretation of watermarked photos or videos
You are solely responsible for how you use the app and any content created with it
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the app
You use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
You interfere with the normal operation or security of the app
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted within the app or on the App Store page
The updated Terms will become effective when posted
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms
