I'm Chef Lily Roberts, and I’m excited to share my passion for cooking with you. After attending the Culinary Institute of America, I’ve been honing my craft for over 10 years, exploring every corner of the culinary world. From working in a farm-to-table restaurant to running not one, but two food trucks, my journey has been full of challenges, and delicious creativity.
Cooking is more than a career for me, it’s a way to connect with people, share stories, and create memorable experiences. I believe in fresh, high-quality ingredients and dishes that highlight natural flavors while keeping things simple and innovative.
Now, I’m proud to be partnering with the most important person in my life, my mom, Leslie Straub. With over 20 years of cooking experience, Leslie has been my biggest influence and culinary mentor. Her knowledge and love for food have shaped so much of my cooking philosophy, and together, we’re excited to bring you fresh, seasonal dishes with a personal touch.
