This website represents 食光栈 • Time’s Eateria, a restaurant in Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru.
2. Information you provide
This website does not currently include a contact form. If you contact us by phone or email, we use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you.
3. Google Business Profile review data
Our internal Google Review AI Production system may access review information from our own verified Google Business Profile, including rating, review text, reviewer display name, review date and any existing owner reply.
4. How review data is used
Review data is used to monitor customer feedback, classify and route reviews, prepare response drafts, support approved low-risk owner replies, prevent duplicate replies and maintain internal operational records. Automated publishing remains disabled unless separately authorised by the business owner.
5. AI-assisted processing
Review content may be processed through Google Gemini to assist with classification and response drafting. Human-approval rules, safety checks and publishing controls are applied independently.
6. Sharing and sale
We do not sell Google Business Profile review data or use it for unrelated advertising. Access is limited to authorised business personnel and service providers needed to operate the internal review-management workflow.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, security and legal obligations. We aim to minimise long-term retention of original review text where it is no longer necessary for these purposes. We use access controls and protected configuration storage designed to limit unauthorised access.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you provided directly, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Public Google reviews are controlled through Google and remain subject to Google’s policies and account controls.
9. Third-party services
This website may link to or embed services such as Google Maps. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
