TimeRush (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the TimeRush mobile app.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Account Information (optional): If you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple user identifier. If you choose to share your email with Apple Sign In, we may receive your email address (or Apple private relay email).

• Profile Information: Your chosen in-game username (used for leaderboard display).

• Game Data: Level progress, high score/leaderboard progress, and settings (music, sound effects, vibration, language).

• Technical Data: App version, device type, operating system, and crash/diagnostic data needed to improve app stability.

We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone data, or precise location data for core gameplay.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate game features

• Save and restore progress

• Authenticate users

• Show global leaderboard rankings

• Improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain security

• Prevent abuse or unauthorized access

3. Third-Party Services

TimeRush uses trusted third-party services:

• Apple Sign In (authentication)

• Firebase Authentication (account/session handling)

• Cloud Firestore (Firebase) (leaderboard and game-related cloud data)

These providers may process data according to their own privacy terms.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.
We only share data when necessary to operate the app (for example, with the service providers listed above) or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service:

• Account/leaderboard data is kept while your account is active

• We may delete or anonymize data when no longer needed

• You can request deletion of your account-related data (see Contact section)

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Play without signing in (some features like leaderboard may require sign-in)

• Choose your in-game username

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your account-related data by contacting us

7. Children’s Privacy

TimeRush is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will review and delete it if appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own through our service providers’ infrastructure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
