Time Rush: Games & Challenges ("Time Rush", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Time Rush mobile application.
Time Rush is designed primarily to work offline and does not require users to create an account.
The App allows users to enter information such as:
Player names
Optional player images
Challenge names
Timer and stopwatch information
Challenge results and rankings
Game and activity information
App settings and preferences
This information is primarily stored locally on the user's device and is used to provide the App's functionality.
We do not intentionally collect or transmit player names, player images, challenge information, or timer results to our own servers.
Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into the App.
Time Rush allows users to optionally add player names and images when creating challenges.
Player images selected from the device are used to display players within the App.
Player names, images, challenge information, and results are stored locally on the device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Providing a player image is optional.
Time Rush uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob and its associated Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information from the device and App, which may include:
Advertising identifiers
Device or other identifiers
IP address
App interactions
Diagnostic information
Information related to advertising performance
Information used for fraud prevention and security
This information may be used for purposes including:
Advertising or marketing
Measuring advertising performance
Analytics

Depending on the user's location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable laws, Time Rush may display personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

The main features of Time Rush are designed to work offline.
An internet connection may nevertheless be required for certain features, including displaying advertisements through Google AdMob.
When the App is connected to the internet, AdMob may communicate with Google's servers to request, deliver, measure, and improve advertisements.
Time Rush may store information locally on your device, including:
Challenge data
Player names
Player image references
Timer states
Completion times
Rankings
Game/activity data
Theme and other App preferences
This locally stored information is used to provide the App's functionality.
We do not operate a server that stores this Time Rush challenge data.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise sell your personal information.
Information may be processed by third-party service providers such as Google AdMob when necessary to provide advertising and related services.
Google AdMob may collect and share applicable device and advertising information as described in Google's documentation and privacy policies.
We do not intentionally share player names, player images, challenge results, or locally stored Time Rush data with advertisers.
The current version of Time Rush does not intentionally use a separate third-party analytics service such as Google Analytics for Firebase.
However, Google AdMob may process certain App interaction and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention purposes.
Time Rush is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children.
The App does not require users to create accounts or provide personal information such as an email address, telephone number, or physical address.
Users should not enter sensitive personal information belonging to children or other individuals into player names, challenges, or other App fields.
If we change the App's target audience or introduce features specifically directed toward children, we will update our privacy practices and this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
Time Rush's challenge and player information is primarily stored locally on the user's device.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of the user's device.
Information transmitted by third-party services such as Google AdMob is handled according to their security practices and applicable policies.
Time Rush does not currently provide user accounts or store challenge/player information on our servers.
Users can remove locally stored Time Rush data by using available deletion features within the App, where provided, or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App through their device settings.
Information handled by Google AdMob may be retained according to Google's applicable policies and legal requirements.
Time Rush currently uses third-party services that may process information in connection with the App.
