This Privacy Policy explains how L.E.T. Apps Studio ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the mobile game Time Rift Tower Defense, which may also be displayed as Time Rift TD or Merge Cannon Defense ("the App" or "the Game").
The data controller responsible for the App is:
L.E.T. Apps Studio
Email: next.gen.items@gmail.com
You may contact us with questions about this Privacy Policy or to request access to or deletion of information associated with your online profile.
The Game can store progress locally on your device. It also includes optional or online features provided through Google Firebase, including anonymous online profiles, leaderboards, profile customization, challenges, reward validation, and related anti-abuse systems.
The Game also offers optional rewarded advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional, but certain optional rewards may only be available after completing an advertisement.
You are not required to provide an email address, phone number, or password to play the Game.
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
Campaign and Endless Mode progress.
Current and highest completed wave.
Earned in-game resources and rewards.
Towers, upgrades, prestige progress, hybrids, and unlocks.
Achievements, challenges, missions, and statistics.
Downloaded Era asset information.
Audio, gameplay, accessibility, and display settings.
Pending leaderboard submissions.
Advertising consent information managed by Google's consent SDK.
Other information necessary to resume and operate the Game.
Local information is used to provide gameplay, remember settings, restore progress, prevent duplicated rewards, and operate the Game.
Local information generally remains on your device until you reset local progress, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App.
When you use online profile or leaderboard functionality, the App may create an anonymous Firebase Authentication account.
This does not require a traditional registration process, email address, phone number, or password.
The online profile may include:
A Firebase anonymous user identifier.
A separate Time Rift TD Online Player ID.
A player number.
A default or player-selected display name.
A selected avatar and profile border.
Profile creation and update timestamps.
Name-change availability information.
Online feature and reward claim records.
The Time Rift TD Online Player ID is different from the private Firebase Authentication identifier. It may be stored with public leaderboard records for identification and support, although it is not intentionally displayed as the player's name in ordinary leaderboard rows.
To operate weekly, lifetime, campaign, and Endless Mode leaderboards, the App may process:
Display name.
Avatar and profile border.
Online Player ID and player number.
Highest wave reached.
Endless survival time.
Enemies and bosses defeated.
Towers purchased, merged, or sold.
Resources earned.
Upgrade and prestige statistics.
Wheel or reward statistics.
Highest damage-per-second value.
Highest critical-hit value.
Run identifiers and submission timestamps.
Submission quotas and duplicate-prevention information.
Other gameplay statistics shown by the leaderboard.
Leaderboard entries are designed to be visible to other players. Public entries may display the player's display name, avatar, profile border, rank, and applicable gameplay score or statistic.
Do not use your real name, email address, phone number, address, or other sensitive personal information as your player display name.
The App uses Google Firebase services, including:
Firebase Authentication.
Cloud Firestore.
Cloud Functions for Firebase.
Firebase Realtime Database for certain legacy online records or deletion cleanup.
Depending on the service and action being performed, Google and Firebase may process:
IP address.

Firebase application identifiers.
Anonymous Firebase user identifier.
Function names and backend request information.
Authentication and security information.
Technical information needed to execute online requests.
Logs used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions requests made by an authenticated anonymous user may include the applicable Firebase Authentication user identifier.
