Third-Party Services

We use Fal AI services to generate images and videos. When you create content, your text prompts are sent to Fal AI servers. Generated images/videos are returned to your device. Fal AI Privacy Policy: https://fal.ai/privacy

• StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscriptions • MapKit: For map display (no data sent to Apple beyond standard MapKit usage) • Core Location: Location data stays on your device

• Generated images and videos are stored locally on your device • App settings and preferences are stored locally • Memory and favorites data is stored only locally on your device

• We do NOT store your personal data on external servers • We do NOT have user accounts or cloud sync • All your content remains on your device

We do NOT: • Sell your personal data • Share your data with third parties for marketing • Create user profiles for advertising

We may share data only: • With Fal AI for content generation (text prompts only) • If required by law

Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained until you delete it or uninstall the app • AI Prompts: Not retained by us after image generation • Subscription Data: Managed by Apple through App Store
