This privacy policy applies to the Timeline Heroes mobile application (herein referred to as "Application") created by Yusaku Games (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

To facilitate account creation and saving game progress, the Application requires you to register using an email address. This email address is stored securely on our backend database (Supabase) and is utilized strictly for authentication and login purposes.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
- Your mobile device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Your mobile operating system (Android)
- Device identifiers, configuration settings, and gameplay performance statistics
2. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
The Service Provider utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to provide core database infrastructure. These external services process data according to their respective privacy policies:
- Supabase Privacy Policy: Used for secure user authentication and database management. Processes your login credentials (email address).
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
3. Opt-Out and Data Deletion Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the game using the standard uninstall processes available on your Android device or via the Google Play Store.
If you wish to delete your account or have your stored email address permanently removed from our Supabase backend, please submit a deletion request to yusakugames.dev@gmail.com. Your data will be erased within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Children's Privacy
The Application is rated for players aged 7 and older. The Service Provider recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of young users. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information (such as email addresses) from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided an email address without parental consent, please contact us at yusakugames.dev@gmail.com, and we will take immediate steps to remove such information from our servers.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We utilize the industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards provided by our backend infrastructure to protect all processed data.
