Some services require submission of recipient information via the Keepsake Gift Form. Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Each submission may only be used for one recipient to prevent misuse.

5. Payment & Access
Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit, or debit cards. Access to products or digital services is granted after purchase and completion of the Keepsake Gift Form. Orders are processed after verification of form submissions.
