We’re excited to offer a curated collection of décor rentals to help elevate your event or wedding day. To ensure a smooth experience for all parties, please review our rental policy below:
Standard rental period is 48-72 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Extended rentals may be arranged in advance and could include additional fees.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your rental items. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise arranged.
A refundable damage deposit may be required based on the type and quantity of items rented. This deposit will be returned within 7 business days after all items are returned in original condition.
We offer pickup or delivery/setup for an additional fee. Delivery fees are based on distance, time, and scope of work. Delivery must be arranged at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Light cleaning is included, but items returned with excessive dirt, wax, or damage may incur additional charges.
Any missing, broken, or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. This includes stains, rips, or alterations that prevent future use.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
