What makes Timefuel different from other planners?
Timefuel schedules your day around your energy, not just your time. Tag each task by how demanding it is, set your peak hours, and Timefuel helps you put your most important work when you're at your sharpest.
How do I use the Planner Clock?
The Planner Clock is a 24-hour visual map of your day. The outer ring shows morning hours (AM) and the inner ring shows afternoon and evening (PM). Coloured bands show your sleep, work, and peak-energy zones, and the centre displays how much free time you genuinely have left after those commitments.
How do I set my sleep, work, and peak hours?
Go to Settings → Your Day to set your wake, sleep, and work hours. To mark your peak energy hours, open the Planner Clock, tap "Tap to mark peak hours," then tap the hours when you feel sharpest.
What are Main Goals?
You can flag up to three tasks per day as your main goals — the handful of things that define a successful day. They appear pinned at the top of your list so you never lose sight of what matters most.
How does the Backlog work?
Tasks you're not ready to tackle can be moved to the Backlog, keeping your active list calm and focused. They're never deleted — pull them back into your day whenever you're ready.
Will my data sync across devices?
Timefuel currently stores all your data securely on your device. Your tasks, projects, and settings stay private to you.
Is my data private?
Yes. Timefuel stores your information locally on your device and does not collect or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I plan my day automatically?
Tap the Plan My Day button at the top of the Tasks screen. Timefuel will arrange your flexible tasks into your day, respecting your energy levels, urgency, and the time you have available.
Timefuel is built by a solo developer who genuinely wants to make it better. If there's a feature you'd love to see, or something that isn't working as expected, please get in touch — your feedback shapes what comes next.
