This Privacy Policy explains how DOMETECH PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Time Echo mobile application (the “App”). We built Time Echo to work without collecting your personal information.
Time Echo guides you through poses with an on-screen yellow figure, records them with your device camera, and combines them into a short video. All of this happens locally on your device. We do not have servers that receive your photos or videos, we do not require an account, and we do not sell or share your personal information.
The App asks for permission to use your camera so it can capture you performing the guided poses. The camera feed is used only to create your video on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is not used for facial recognition, identification, or advertising.
The App asks for permission to save to your photo library so that the finished video can be stored on your device. We use this permission only to write the video you created. We do not browse, read, upload, or otherwise access other photos or videos in your library.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
The videos and images created with the App are stored on your device, under your control. Because we do not receive them, we do not retain them. You can delete any video at any time through your device photo library, and you can remove all App data by uninstalling the App.
We design the App so that your content stays on your device, which greatly limits the risk of exposure. You are responsible for the security of your device, including its passcode, screen lock, and any backup or cloud photo service you choose to use.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, you can contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Because we do not collect personal information, we generally hold no data to access, correct, delete, or port. Depending on where you live, including if you are a resident of California, you may still have rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information a business collects and the right to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, you can contact us.
You can grant or withdraw camera and photo library permissions at any time in your device settings. If you withdraw a permission, the related feature of the App will no longer work, but the rest of the App remains available.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Please review this policy periodically.
