> Artworks refers to the illustration used for the characters.

> Voicebank refers to the voicebank of the characters.

> Prohibited actions

• 　Redistribution of voicebank and artworks.

• 　Unauthorized commercial use¹.

• 　Uses for political or religious purposes.

• 　Use of voicebank or artwork for AI processing and training.

• 　Modifying voicebank(audio files)² and artwork, including tracing artwork.

• 　Creation of derivative characters.

> Permitted actions

• 　Use of voicebank and artwork to make songs and song covers³.

• 　Creation of fan art, fan fiction, cosplay.

• 　Non-commercial use.

¹Monetizing songs and song covers are allowed without permission.

²Editing of oto.ini, frq is OK. Editing audio files i.e. pitching up/down is prohibited.

³Crediting me (Chila) as the creator is optional.
