In-app purchases (Remove Ads and crystal packs) are processed through your Apple ID. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. Crystal packs are consumable and add crystals to your in-game bank.
To restore a Remove Ads purchase, open the Store in the app and tap Restore.
For refunds, contact Apple (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple Account purchase history).
