These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your download and use of the Tiltoria mobile application (the “App”) operated by Fast Farming Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Tiltoria, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at

If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tiltoria is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or any custom EULA Apple requires for distribution through the App Store).
Tiltoria is a single-player tilt maze game for iPhone and iPad (bundle identifier com.fastfarming.studio.Tiltoria). You tilt your device to roll an orb through mazes, collect crystals, avoid hazards, and reach the portal.
Features may include:
Campaign levels and worlds
Daily challenges and Challenge modes
Optional rewarded advertisements for optional benefits
Optional in-app purchases (Remove Ads and crystal packs)
On-device progress, settings, and cosmetics (such as orb skins)
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App.
Tiltoria is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. If you allow a minor to use the App, you are responsible for their use and for supervising in-app purchases and advertising settings on the device.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Tiltoria on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where applicable law expressly allows
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, purchase verification, ads, or entitlement systems
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Use cheats, automation, unauthorized mods, or exploits that interfere with normal gameplay or purchases
Misrepresent ownership of purchases or attempt to obtain virtual items by unauthorized means
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
4. No Account; Progress Stored on Device
Tiltoria does not require account registration, Sign in with Apple, Game Center, or cloud save.
Game progress, crystal balance, settings, and purchase entitlement flags are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, reset the device, or lose the device without a backup, local progress and unused virtual crystals may be lost. We are not responsible for loss of local data.
Remove Ads entitlements associated with your Apple ID can typically be restored via Restore Purchases in the App, subject to Apple’s systems.
“Crystals” are virtual items for use only inside Tiltoria.
Crystals have no cash value and are not real money
Crystals cannot be redeemed for money, gift cards, or real-world goods
Crystals cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, or sold between users or accounts
We may change crystal earn rates, costs, availability, or uses at any time
Unused crystals may be lost if you delete the App or lose local save data
Purchased crystal packs are consumable digital items. Once crystals are granted to your local balance, they are considered delivered.

Product availability, names, and prices are shown in the App Store / StoreKit purchase sheet and may vary by region. Approximate display prices may also appear in the App.
Tiltoria does not currently offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase.
6.3 Payment processing by Apple
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID
We do not receive or store your full payment card details
Purchase confirmation, billing, taxes, and payment disputes are handled under Apple’s terms and processes
You can restore eligible non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads) using Restore in the App
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us directly. You may request a refund through Apple (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple Account purchase history). We cannot independently force Apple to issue a refund.
6.5 Optional nature of purchases
You can play Tiltoria without buying crystals or Remove Ads. Purchases are optional. Rewarded ads, where available, are also optional and only shown when you choose them for an optional benefit.
Unless you own Remove Ads, the free version of Tiltoria may show advertisements, including:
Banner ads on menu screens
Interstitial ads at natural breaks
Rewarded ads you choose to watch for optional benefits (for example, a Survive continue or unlocking a locked level)
Advertising is provided by third parties (including Google AdMob). Third-party ads are subject to those parties’ terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising, consent, and tracking choices.
Purchasing Remove Ads removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads may still be offered when you choose them.
Tiltoria, including its name, logos, artwork, audio, text, game design, code, and other content, is owned by Fast Farming Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited license in Section 3.
You may not use our trademarks or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Interfere with or disrupt the App, StoreKit, advertising SDKs, or related services
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ devices
Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
Upload or transmit malware or harmful code through support communications or any feature that accepts content
Harass, threaten, or abuse us or others in support communications
The App may interact with third-party services, including Apple App Store / StoreKit, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google User Messaging Platform, and Firebase Analytics.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TILTORIA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Defects will be corrected
The App will be compatible with every device or iOS version forever
Virtual items, progress, or features will remain available indefinitely
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those places, this section applies only to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST FARMING STUDIO AND ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE APP DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain liability for fraud or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fast Farming Studio from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
15. Apple-Required Terms (App Store)
If you obtained Tiltoria from the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and Fast Farming Studio only, not with Apple. Fast Farming Studio—not Apple—is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession/use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal/regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar laws.
In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your possession/use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Fast Farming Studio—not Apple—will be responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, as required by these Terms.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and Apple-required terms) will survive.
17. Changes to the App and to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App, on our website, or on the App Store listing. Continued use of Tiltoria after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update game balance, ads, prices (as shown by Apple), features, and content without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may still apply and give you additional rights that these Terms cannot waive.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Apple App Store terms that apply to you, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Tiltoria and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
