Privacy Policy for Tilt or Die
Effective date: October 25, 2026
Tilt or Die is developed by AnythingApps. This Privacy Policy explains how Tilt or Die handles user, device, gameplay, advertising, purchase, and leaderboard data.
Information We Collect
Tilt or Die does not require an AnythingApps account. You can play without signing into Google Play Games. Optional online features and integrated Google services process the information described below. The game does not read your phone's address book or request your precise location, photographs or videos. Version 2.0 also offers a voluntary private-email feedback option.
Tilt or Die uses your device’s motion sensors, such as accelerometer/tilt data, to control gameplay. This sensor data is used only while playing the game and is processed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your motion sensor data.
Local Game Data
Tilt or Die stores certain gameplay and settings data locally on your device, including:
High scores and mode bests
Local stats
Achievements
XP and player level
Tilt Tokens
Cosmetic unlocks and equipped cosmetics
Selected run mode and difficulty/intensity
Daily challenge progress
Control, sound, vibration, and privacy/settings choices
These records are stored locally to provide game features, save progress and remember settings. The game does not upload the complete local save file to an AnythingApps server. Selected gameplay events, scores and technical information can be processed by the online services described below. Android system backup may copy local app data according to your device's backup settings.
Google Play Games Services
Optional Google Play Games features use your gamer/display name, player identifier and game scores. If you permit friends access, the game can display Play Games friends and open their profiles using their player identifiers. This is separate from your phone's address book. Returned friends data is held in memory for the feature, not stored in an AnythingApps friends database or included in the game's custom Analytics events. Google processes online game information under its terms and your Play Games settings, including profile visibility. You can play without these features and use Google's Play Games controls to manage or delete game data.
Advertising
Tilt or Die may show ads using Google AdMob. Ads may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity, approximate location, and other information as handled by Google and its advertising partners to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads.
Tilt or Die may offer optional rewarded ads. For example, you may choose to watch an ad to receive bonus Tilt Tokens. Rewarded ads are optional. Tilt or Die does not use ads to grant score boosts, revives, or unfair leaderboard advantages.
Tilt or Die does not intentionally show ads during active gameplay.
Privacy Choices and Consent
Tilt or Die may use Google’s User Messaging Platform to request, store, and manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required or available. Depending on your region, you may be shown privacy options related to personalized ads, non-personalized ads, consent, or opt-out choices.
You may also be able to manage some ad privacy settings through your Google account, Android device settings, or the in-app privacy options when available.
Advertising and consent choices can affect processing by integrated Google services where those choices apply. Remove Ads disables the advertising covered by that purchase; it does not by itself disable Analytics, Crashlytics or Firebase installation registration. We use the information described here for game and purchase functionality, usage and reliability analysis, advertising and its measurement, fraud prevention and security, optional game-update communications, and responding to feedback.
In-App Purchases
Tilt or Die may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing, such as a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play. AnythingApps does not receive or store your full payment card information.
If you purchase Remove Ads, the app may store a local entitlement or purchase status so it can remember that ads should be removed or limited according to the purchase terms.
Analytics
Tilt or Die uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and gameplay. Events describe modes, challenges, medals, session outcomes, virtual currency, advertising interactions and purchase-flow activity. Analytics can also record completed in-app purchase information, app-instance and advertising identifiers, coarse location inferred from network information, and app lifecycle data, depending on configuration and applicable choices. The game's custom gameplay events exclude raw motion-sensor readings, ball coordinates, complete save files, player names, email addresses, purchase tokens and advertising identifiers. SDKs may independently process technical identifiers. Analytics is linked to AdMob and Google Ads for reporting, measurement and enabled advertising features; this does not mean every event is imported or used for every advertising purpose.
Crash reporting and exports
Firebase Crashlytics processes crashes and unexpected errors, including stack traces, app/device information, installation identifiers and bounded gameplay context such as mode, challenge or screen. Analytics event data and configured Crashlytics/session data are exported to Google BigQuery for our analysis. The exported datasets currently have a 60-day lifetime; advertising identifiers are excluded from the Analytics export setting. That exclusion does not remove every installation or Analytics identifier. Retention in other Google services and aggregate reports can differ, so this is not a promise that all remote information is deleted within 60 days.
Game update notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging supports game-update notifications. Enabling Game update notifications subscribes the installation to the update topic; system notification permission and settings also control display. Firebase SDK installation registration and technical identifier processing can occur independently of that switch or notification-display permission. Turning notifications off does not disable all Analytics, crash reporting or technical SDK processing.
Private feedback
In version 2.0, More → Send private feedback opens your email application with contact@anythingapps.com and the subject Tilt or Die feedback. Nothing is sent automatically. The game does not attach photos, screenshots, logs, identifiers or diagnostics, or prefill a message body. You choose whether to compose and send a message. If you send it, AnythingApps receives the sender information and contents you choose to provide to handle your feedback. Your email provider handles the message under its own terms. If no email application can open, the game displays the contact address; no feedback is sent.
How We Use Information
Tilt or Die uses information to:
Provide tilt-based gameplay
Save your game progress and settings
Track local achievements, XP, Tilt Tokens, and cosmetic unlocks
Display local and online leaderboards where available
Provide optional rewarded ads
Process optional Remove Ads purchases
Manage advertising consent and privacy choices
Maintain app functionality, security, and reliability
Usage and reliability analysis, advertising measurement, fraud prevention and security, optional game-update communications, and responding to feedback
Sharing of Information
AnythingApps does not sell your personal information.
Tilt or Die may share or allow processing of certain information through third-party services used by the app, including:
Google Play Games Services, for optional sign-in, leaderboards, and related game services
Google AdMob, for ads and rewarded ads
Google User Messaging Platform, for advertising consent and privacy choices
Google Play Billing, for optional in-app purchases
Google Analytics for Firebase — usage and gameplay measurement and enabled linked advertising features; Firebase Crashlytics — reliability diagnostics; Firebase Cloud Messaging — installation registration and game-update delivery; Google BigQuery — our configured event, crash and session analysis exports. Processing on our behalf and expected user-directed transfers are distinct from advertising-service sharing under Google Play's Data Safety definitions. Existing Google AdMob, UMP, Play Billing and Play Games disclosures continue to apply.
These services may collect, use, or share information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and your account or device settings.
Children’s Privacy
Tilt or Die is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address the issue.
Data Security
Local settings and progress are stored using Android app storage. Integrated Google SDK services encrypt their network transfers in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Retention varies by service, settings and exported datasets; local resets and uninstalling the app do not request deletion of remote records.
Your Choices
You can reset supported local stats and achievements in the game, or clear local storage through Android settings. You can avoid Play Games features and purchases, decline optional rewarded ads, manage available advertising privacy choices, and turn game-update notifications off. Google provides separate controls for Play Games data and Google account/advertising settings. Those controls do not necessarily delete separate Analytics, Crashlytics or BigQuery records.
Tilt or Die does not provide an AnythingApps account or an implemented service for matching and deleting all remote SDK records for an installation. We cannot promise that an uninstall, local reset or ordinary support email deletes those records. You may contact contact@anythingapps.com with privacy questions; do not send passwords, purchase tokens or sensitive information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
