Privacy Policy — TILT

TILT is designed to be private by default. It is offline first and account free. Your trading data stays on your device.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect personal information, and there is no account or sign up. The trades, journal entries, screenshots, settings and analytics you create are stored only in the app on your device and in your own device backups. We operate no servers that store this data, and we cannot see your journal.
AI FEATURES
When you explicitly run an AI feature (a trade review, report card, deep dive, chart critique or a journal question), the app sends only the specific trade details or a locally computed summary needed for that request. The request passes through our relay, hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which forwards it to a third party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the coaching text. Nothing is sent in the background, your full journal is never uploaded, and these requests are not used by us to build advertising or marketing profiles. If you never use an AI feature, nothing ever leaves your device.
PURCHASES
Any purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details. Purchase entitlements are verified on device through Apple StoreKit.
NOTIFICATIONS
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push notification server.
ANALYTICS AND TRACKING
TILT contains no third party analytics, advertising or tracking software. There are no ads.
DATA CONTROL AND RETENTION
You can export your full journal as CSV or a complete backup at any time. Deleting the app, or using Reset in the app settings, permanently removes all app data from your device.
CHILDREN
TILT is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
CHANGES
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above.
