This policy explains how data is used in Tilt Basket, a mobile game provided by BKB Studio.
1. Data used in the game
Tilt Basket does not require an account. The game uses the Appodeal advertising SDK to show banner ads on menu, during gameplay, and on pause and results screens, optional rewarded ads, and occasional interstitial ads after a run ends. Appodeal and enabled ad partners may process the advertising ID, IP address, device and connection details, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent abuse. Processing depends on device settings, your region, and applicable privacy choices. Details: https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy/
The game stores the following information locally on your device:
- Your highest score.
- Your selected language.
- Your sound and vibration preferences.
- Whether you have completed the introductory tutorial.
These local records remember your progress and preferences; the game code does not pass them to the advertising SDK. The game reads your device's language setting to select its initial language.
2. Device features and permissions
The game processes your touch gestures to tilt the platform. It does not store a history of these gestures or send them to BKB Studio. When vibration is enabled, the game uses your device's vibration feature for supported game events. Game features do not use your camera, microphone, contacts, or location permission. The advertising SDK may infer approximate location from the IP address without requesting location permission.
3. Support communications
If you contact us by email, your email address, message, and any attachments you voluntarily provide are processed to respond to your support request. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and complete necessary follow-up, or for any period required by a legal obligation. This data is not used for marketing or sold. The email service provider may process messages to deliver the communications.
4. Google Play, Android, and backups
Google Play, which distributes the game, and the Android operating system may process data as part of their own services under their respective policies. Installation, error, and performance reports provided by the store and operating system are distinct from adding an analytics SDK to the game itself.
If system backups are enabled on your device, local game settings may be backed up depending on the operating system's backup and restore behavior. BKB Studio does not operate these backups.

5. Retention and deletion
Your local score and preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's data. On Android, you can delete them through **Settings → Apps → Tilt Basket → Storage → Clear data**. Menu names may vary by device. This resets your highest score, language, sound and vibration preferences, and tutorial completion status. Data held by advertising providers is subject to the options in their respective privacy policies.
Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data. System backups are managed separately, and data may be restored when you reinstall the app. If needed, also review your device's backup settings. Since the game has no account system, there is no online game account to delete.
You can send requests to access, correct, or delete personal data in your support correspondence to the contact address below. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and any retention obligations.
6. Security
Local game records are stored in the operating system's app storage area. BKB Studio limits access to information in support communications to support purposes. No storage or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The game does not include a registration system that asks children for names, email addresses, or other personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a support communication, please contact us so we can review it and delete it where appropriate.
8. Changes to this policy
When the game's data practices change, we update this policy and its last-updated date. Data use for new features will be explained here, with additional notice and consent where required.
