SyP develops and publishes the mobile game Tile Haven. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you download and play our game.
By using Tile Haven, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Tile Haven does not require personal account creation (such as name, phone number, or login credentials). However, the game uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device.
A. Automatically Collected Information: Third-party SDKs integrated into the game may automatically collect device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, operating system version, device model, and crash diagnostic logs.
B. Local Game Progress: Your coins, level progression, and unlocked themes are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your personal gameplay files on external servers.
Third-Party Services and Advertising
We use third-party service providers to monetize and operate the game:
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP): Used to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers and ad interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads in compliance with privacy laws.
Google Play In-App Billing and Apple StoreKit (Unity IAP): Used to process in-game purchases. Payment details are handled directly and securely by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive or store your financial information.
Advertising and User Consent (GDPR and ATT)
In applicable regions (such as the EEA and UK), a consent form is presented to allow you to choose your ad preferences. On iOS devices, you will be prompted to grant or deny tracking permission. You can also reset your advertising identifier anytime through your device settings.
Children's Privacy
Tile Haven does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate measures.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
