We built the "Tilawat" app as a free application. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.

We collect the following information when you use Tilawat:

• On Login with Google: Name, email address, and profile photo URL.

• In-App: Your phone number.

• When you make in-app purchases: We may collect transaction-related information, such as the item purchased and the transaction ID. This data is processed through Google Play Billing, and we do not store sensitive payment information (e.g., credit card details). For more information, refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

Additionally, Firebase Analytics may collect anonymized data about app usage for performance monitoring and improvement. For more details, refer to Firebase's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To enable login and personalize your experience within the app.

• To store your contact information for account management purposes.

• To monitor app performance and usage via Firebase Analytics.

• To process in-app purchases and provide you access to purchased content or features.

Data Storage and Security

Your data (name, email, and phone number) is stored in Firestore. While the data is not encrypted on our servers, we strive to protect your personal information using best practices.

We do not share your data with third parties. Your information is used solely for the purposes mentioned above.

Data Retention

We retain your data until you request its deletion. If you email us to delete your account, your account information will be permanently deleted. However, we may retain your email address for record-keeping purposes.

• Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and data by emailing us.

Permissions

Tilawat requires the "BILLING" permission to enable in-app purchases. This permission allows the app to process transactions securely through Google Play.

Payment Information

Refunds 

All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. If you encounter an issue or require a refund, please follow Google's refund policies outlined in the Google Play Help Center.

Ads and Purchases

• Purchases: Tilawat now supports in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. These purchases allow users to access premium content or features. Payment is processed by Google Play, and no financial information is collected or stored by us.

• Ads: Currently, Tilawat does not display ads. In the future, we may integrate Google AdMob for advertisements. Updates to this policy will reflect these changes.

Children’s Privacy

Tilawat is suitable for all age groups, including children, as it contains only the Holy Quran. However, if you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us to remove it.

We comply with all applicable privacy laws, including:
