It's easy to redeem your existing card. Enter the 12-character code at the bottom of your card on the redeem page. You will have to enter your TikTok username and complete a verification step just before getting your followers. If you're facing issues redeeming your gift card, here are some things to try that might help:

• Make sure you've entered the correct code, including the hyphens (xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx)

• Turn off private account - make it public

• Enter the correct verification code

• Confirm that you've typed in the right account without any spelling mistakes

If you're not sure when to use your gift card, or don't want to use it at all; then you can cancel your card. Go to the redeem page and re-do the redeem form. Please select "someone else on TikTok" for who you want to redeem for. Now use this verification code: 4932

The cancellation code can be entered on the last verification step on the redeem form. If your 12-character code has been changed since you got the card, then you won't have to cancel it because the card has already been automatically disabled due to inactivity.
