TigerHabits respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TigerHabits handles information when you use the App.
TigerHabits is designed primarily as a local-first habit tracker. Core habit tracking, profile setup, focus sessions, app preferences, and notification history are stored on your device. The App does not require an account and does not upload your habit data, focus history, or profile content to our own habit-tracking servers.
This Privacy Policy also explains the limited technical, attribution, and deep-link related data that may be processed when the App uses internet access, third-party SDKs, and external links.
TigerHabits may store the following information locally on your device:

Your selected tiger avatar
Habits you create
Habit categories, difficulty, frequency, streaks, and completion status
Focus timer sessions and selected focus mode
App settings, such as sound preferences

Your contacts
Your precise location
Your financial information
Your health records
Your photos or media library
Your microphone or audio recordings
TigerHabits does not sell your habit data, focus history, profile name, avatar selection, or app settings.
TigerHabits may use third-party SDKs and internet access for install attribution, deferred deep links, app routing, fraud prevention, diagnostics related to campaign delivery, and measurement of app installs or opens.
Depending on your device settings and the SDK behavior, this may include limited technical and attribution-related information such as:
App package name and app version
Device model, operating system version, language, and time zone
Network information such as IP address
Advertising identifier or similar device identifier, if available and permitted by your device settings
AppsFlyer ID or other SDK-generated identifiers
Install, launch, campaign, referral, and deep-link parameters
Basic technical events needed to initialize SDKs or process attribution

TigerHabits may integrate the following third-party services:
AppsFlyer, for install attribution, deferred deep links, campaign measurement, and related fraud prevention
Meta/Facebook SDK, for app links, deferred app links, and related app event or attribution functionality
These third-party services may process technical, device, attribution, and event information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

When the App starts, TigerHabits may contact a remote endpoint to determine whether to show local app content or open web content inside the App. This request may include an AppsFlyer-generated identifier and deep-link or attribution parameters.
If the remote endpoint returns no valid web URL, the App continues to the local TigerHabits experience.
If the remote endpoint returns a valid web URL, the App may open that URL in an in-app browser or WebView. Web content, external pages, payment pages, third-party websites, or services opened through links may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. TigerHabits is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or third-party web services.
Locally stored information is used to provide app features, including:
Showing your habit dashboard
Tracking habit completion
Displaying streaks and progress
Managing your tiger avatar and profile
Running focus sessions
Showing local focus completion notifications
Saving your app preferences
Technical, attribution, and deep-link information may be used to:
Attribute installs or opens to campaigns or referral links
Support deferred deep links and app links
Route the App to the appropriate local or web experience
Help prevent fraud or misuse related to attribution
Support basic operational diagnostics for attribution and routing
TigerHabits does not use your locally stored habit content for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing.
User-created habit, focus, profile, and settings data is stored locally on your device using Android local storage.
If you delete the App, locally stored app data may be deleted from your device according to Android system behavior.
TigerHabits does not provide account-based cloud backup, account login, or account-based recovery for locally stored habit data.
TigerHabits may use local device notifications for focus sessions.
For example, if you start a focus timer and leave the App, TigerHabits may show a local notification when the focus session is complete.
These focus notifications are generated locally on your device. Notification history related to focus sessions is stored locally inside the App and is not sent to our habit-tracking servers.
You can control notification permissions through your Android device settings.
TigerHabits may include optional sound effects or ambience sounds.
Sound preferences are stored locally on your device. TigerHabits does not record audio and does not access your microphone.
TigerHabits can provide its core habit tracking and focus features locally. However, the App may use internet access for attribution, deferred deep links, remote routing, opening external links, and displaying web content when applicable.
External links, such as Privacy Policy, Rate Us, Google Play, or other website links, may open your browser, Google Play, an in-app browser, or another external service. Those external services are governed by their own privacy policies.
TigerHabits does not sell your locally stored habit data, focus history, profile name, avatar, or app settings.
TigerHabits may share or make available limited technical, attribution, and deep-link related data with third-party SDK providers such as AppsFlyer and Meta/Facebook, as described in this Privacy Policy, for attribution, deep-link handling, app routing, fraud prevention, and related operational purposes.
The App may request access to the Android advertising identifier where available and permitted. This identifier may be used by third-party attribution SDKs for install attribution, campaign measurement, deep-link handling, fraud prevention, and related technical purposes.
You may be able to reset or limit use of your advertising identifier through your Android or Google device settings. Availability of these controls depends on your device, Android version, and Google settings.
TigerHabits is intended for general productivity and self-improvement use.
The App is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
TigerHabits minimizes privacy risk for habit tracking by keeping user-created habit, focus, profile, and settings data on the device.
However, no device, software system, network transmission, SDK, or external service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting access to their own device.
You can control your local app data by:
Editing or deleting habits inside the App
Changing your profile name or avatar
Turning sounds on or off
Managing notification permissions in Android settings
Resetting or limiting advertising identifier use in Android or Google settings, where available
Deleting the App to remove locally stored app data according to Android behavior
For third-party SDK data, you may also review the privacy controls and policies offered by AppsFlyer, Meta/Facebook, Google, and your device platform.
Local habit, focus, profile, settings, and notification history data remains on your device unless you edit it, delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Third-party SDK providers may retain attribution, technical, or event information according to their own retention policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
