First, I would like to offer “Congratulations” to the girls that made the 2023-2024 Eisenhower dance team.  

My name is Terrica Montgomey. This will be my 9th year coaching the EHS Tigerettes.

I have thoroughly enjoyed coaching the girls so far and have learned a lot from them. I am looking forward to another exciting year of growth and development with the team! My philosophy about coaching is to treat the girls with respect and with the expectation of responsibility which young adults should be able to reasonably handle.
