Hi! I'm Tiffany Ede

As an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, I specialize in crafting interactive and efficient learning solutions. My approach is grounded in adult learning theory, allowing learners to effectively grow in their jobs.

I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Microsoft Office, Vyond, Canva, and Canvas.

As someone who values constant improvement, I am always open to learning. I enjoy seeking tutorials, consulting with colleagues, and reading new books to further develop my skills.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and reading.

My Design Process

Analyze:

The initial step is to identify the client's requirements. To achieve this, I work together with project managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop a project proposal that encompasses a needs assessment for the project's extent of work.

Design:

For the next phase, I plan to develop storyboards and design documents to outline the project. This way, the client can review the learning objectives, content, and conceptual design of the project before proceeding.

Develop:

During this stage, I will develop the learning solution in the desired format suitable for the intended audience. The learning platform may range from a basic job aid to a complex and interactive course utilizing Storyline.

Evaluate:

In the last stage, the client will review the learning materials. Upon approval of all the content, it is time to execute the plan. I will supply the required learning solutions that align with the objectives, enabling the client to assess the project's effectiveness.
