• You can delete all app data at any time via the app’s settings or by uninstalling the app.

Permissions

• Tierly requests only local storage access to save and retrieve your data on your device.

• We do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or network permissions.

Children’s Privacy

• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• The app contains no features requiring age verification or parental consent, and we collect no data from any user.

Data Security

• Because all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, security depends on your device’s protections (e.g., device encryption, screen locks, operating system safeguards).

• We recommend keeping your device secure to protect locally stored data.

• Use “Delete All Data” in settings or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

• We maintain no external servers, so there is no additional data to request deletion of.

• Because Tierly does not collect, process, or store personal data on external servers, traditional data-subject rights (access, rectification, portability, etc.) do not apply in our relationship with you.

• You retain full control over your on-device data and may access, modify, or delete it at any time through the app or device settings.
