Effective Date: November 12, 2025
Contact: support@tierly.com
Introduction
Tierly (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application. Tierly is designed with privacy as a core principle and operates entirely offline without collecting, transmitting, or sharing any personal data.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or user data with third parties.
All data created within the app (e.g., tier lists, items, preferences) is stored locally on your device only.
Data Storage
Your tier list boards, lanes, items, customization settings, and theme preferences are stored locally using the Hive database.
This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.
You can delete all app data at any time via the app’s settings or by uninstalling the app.
Permissions
Tierly requests only local storage access to save and retrieve your data on your device.
We do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or network permissions.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The app contains no features requiring age verification or parental consent, and we collect no data from any user.
Data Security
Because all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, security depends on your device’s protections (e.g., device encryption, screen locks, operating system safeguards).
We recommend keeping your device secure to protect locally stored data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
Updates will be posted in-app and take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of Tierly after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
Data Deletion
Use “Delete All Data” in settings or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
We maintain no external servers, so there is no additional data to request deletion of.
Your Rights
Because Tierly does not collect, process, or store personal data on external servers, traditional data-subject rights (access, rectification, portability, etc.) do not apply in our relationship with you.
You retain full control over your on-device data and may access, modify, or delete it at any time through the app or device settings.
