Welcome to use TienGo (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). We are well aware of the significance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy will detail the rules that this application follows when collecting, using, storing and protecting your information. The principle of minimization in data collection
This application strictly adheres to the principle of "data minimization". It will only temporarily obtain necessary permissions and information when you actually use the corresponding functions (such as scanning, marking locations, and sharing), and the scope of the obtained information is strictly limited to what is required by the functions. It will never collect any unnecessary data from you to ensure that the invasion of your privacy is minimized.
The collected information and its uses
Camera permission:
When you use the scanning function to take physical photos and convert them into electronic files, this application will request camera permission. We will only temporarily invoke the camera function when you actively operate the scanning and photo-taking operation to capture the photo image. It will not be silently invoked in the background. Moreover, the captured content will only be used to generate the corresponding electronic file and will not be used for any other irrelevant purposes.
Album permission:
Upload photo scanning: When you choose to upload photos from your phone's album for scanning operations, this application will obtain the album reading permission, which is only used to read the photos you have selected to be scanned and import them into the scanning process to generate electronic files. It will not access or read the content of other irrelevant photos in the album without authorization.
Download images to Album: When you perform the operation of downloading the scanned electronic image file to your phone's album, this application will obtain the album write permission, which is only used to save the specified electronic image file to your album and will not modify, delete or perform other operations on the existing content in the album.
Location permission:
If you use the Add Location function and select "Auto-fill the current location", this application will request permission to obtain geographical location information. This permission is only temporarily obtained when you actively trigger the automatic location filling operation. It is used to mark the accurate location information of the photo and will not continuously track or record your location. Moreover, the location information is only associated with the corresponding marked photo and will not be used to locate your daily whereabouts or other scenarios.
Contact permission:
When you use the function of sharing pictures to contacts via text message, this application will obtain the contact permissions. Only when you actively initiate a sharing operation will the contact list information be invoked to provide you with the convenient function of choosing the sharing object. The contact information will not be stored or leaked. After the sharing is completed, the relevant temporarily invoked contact data will be cleared in a timely manner.
Other information:
This application is a stand-alone one and does not require login or registration. It will not collect your account, password or other personal identity verification information. During the usage process, apart from the information clearly stated for the functions mentioned above, no other personal information of yours will be collected, such as name, ID number, mobile phone number (when sharing via text message, only the numbers involved in the contacts will be temporarily called up for sharing and will not be stored), etc.
Information storage and protection
Storage method
This application is a stand-alone APP. The scanned electronic files, photos, and marking information (such as location and text) generated during your use will all be stored on your local mobile device and will not be uploaded to the cloud server, ensuring that the data belongs to you personally and is controllable.
Protective measures
We adopt reasonable and necessary technical means and security measures, such as data encryption processing and access permission control, to prevent your information from being accessed, used, leaked or modified without authorization during local storage. However, due to technical limitations and possible force majeure factors, we cannot completely eliminate all security risks. If information security issues arise due to force majeure factors, we will actively take remedial measures within our capabilities.
The local retention period of the data
As this application is in single-machine mode, the scanned photos, marked content and other data you generate during use will all be stored on your local mobile phone. The retention period is up to you to decide. As long as you do not actively delete the application data or uninstall the application, the data will remain locally. If you choose to delete or uninstall, the relevant data will be cleared along with the removal of the application (please back up important content by yourself before deletion).
The use and sharing of information
Usage restrictions
All the information collected by this application is only used to implement the corresponding functions you actively trigger, such as scanning to generate electronic files, marking locations, sharing pictures, etc. It will not be used for pushing advertisements, commercial marketing or any other purposes without your authorization.
Sharing restrictions
This application will not share any of your information with any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals, as all data is stored on your local device and there is no way or behavior to share it externally. However, in special circumstances required by law, such as cooperating with law enforcement departments to conduct inquiries and collect evidence in accordance with the law, we will provide necessary and limited information under the strict compliance with legal procedures.
Your rights and controls
Permission management
You can check and modify the authorization status of various permissions (such as camera, album, location, contacts, etc.) of this application at any time in the application permission Settings of your mobile phone system. You have the right to disable some non-essential permissions, but this may result in the corresponding functions not being used properly. For example, disabling the camera permission will prevent the use of the shooting and scanning functions.
Data management
You can independently manage the scanned electronic file photos, marking information, etc. within this application, including operations such as viewing, editing, deleting, and archiving, and have full control over your own data content.
Agreement Update and notification
We may update this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, adjustments to application functions, and other circumstances. The updated privacy policy will be prompted to you for viewing in an appropriate manner within this application. If you continue to use this application, it will be deemed that you accept the updated privacy policy.
