• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as which meals you swap, which meals you check off, and your general feature usage. This helps our engine adapt your plan and helps us improve the app.

• Device Information: Basic diagnostic data, device type, operating system version, and crash logs to ensure the App runs smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Information

Tielo does not track your data to serve you ads. We use your information exclusively to make the App work for you:

• To Curate Your Experience: To calculate your scaled portions, generate your weekly menu, and adapt your upcoming meals based on your real-time hunger signals and progress.

• To Improve the Engine: To refine the metabolic algorithms that power Tielo, ensuring the meal recommendations remain accurate and effective.

• To Communicate With You: To respond to your Founders Hotline messages, provide customer support, and send important account or service updates.

• To Process Payments: To manage your subscription securely (processed via Apple or authorized third-party payment processors).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to advertisers or data brokers. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Essential Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who provide infrastructure necessary to run Tielo (e.g., secure cloud hosting providers, analytics tools for crash reporting, and payment processors). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

• Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tielo, our users, or others.
