Here's Margaret Tallott collecting our award in Dublin Castle.

This project has evolved in order to create awareness to the wealth of marine and birdlife that is found on Belmullet's doorstep. To raise awareness to preserve our environment and to guide farmers, gardeners and tourism providers in how to create a sustainable future for residents, visitors and wildlife.

Projects such as a herb garden and flower beds are currently being created in order to attract bees. Reducing the frequency of mowing grassy areas throughout the town has been reduced, this allows the wildflowers to grow freely.
