Our policies include
Travel fees depend and vary based on location
You are not required to leave your home when it is being cleaned, although it makes cleaning your space easier it is your home, and you are not required to leave.
Refunds: If you are unhappy with a service, you must provide proof of what was missed, and or what you're unhappy with. This proof can be pictures or an in person visit from the owner, if adequate proof of missed items is provided and no means of remedy is wanted then a 20% refund will be provided. This policy protects the time, and products of the cleaners. Full refunds may be provided under certain circumstances in which the owner will establish.
Cancellation Policy: We at Tidy Pros are very family oriented and are no stranger to emergencies. We love to respect your time and expect the same in return. If possible, please let us know as much in advance of an emergency, or rescheduling. As of right now, no cancellation fees are present although may be implemented in the future.
