- Household/property details you create
- Staff member information you invite and manage

Device Permissions (only when you grant access)
- Camera — to capture photos for profile pictures and task documentation
- Photo Library — to select and save images within the app
- Microphone — for audio-related features

Subscription & Payment Information
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- We do not directly collect or store your credit card details
- We receive purchase confirmation, subscription status, and transaction identifiers from Apple/Google to activate your subscription
Usage Data
- App interactions, log data, and device information for troubleshooting and improving the app

- To create and manage your account
- To provide household management, task assignment, budgeting, and recipe features

5. Data Retention
We retain your account and household data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app at any time — go to Settings → Delete Account, confirm your email and password, and your data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers. No customer service contact is required to complete deletion.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication tokens, to protect your information.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, update, or delete your account information
- Withdraw consent for camera, photo, microphone, or location permissions at any time via your device settings
- Request a copy of your data
- Request account deletion
8. Children's Privacy
Tidy Bayti is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Subscriptions
Tidy Bayti offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Premium Yearly and Premium Monthly) with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscription payments are managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Tidy Bayti, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Tidy Bayti is a household management application that allows users to manage multiple households, assign tasks to staff, track budgets, create shopping lists, save recipes, and follow guided cleaning routines.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to create an account
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Free Trial
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Subscription Plans
- Premium Yearly — billed annually
- Premium Monthly — billed monthly
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The cost of renewal will be charged at the then-current price
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
- You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by Apple's or Google's refund policies
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person
6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app, without needing to contact support. Go to Settings → Delete Account, confirm your email and password, and your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the data you input into Tidy Bayti (household information, tasks, budgets, recipes, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
8. Staff/Employee Accounts
Household owners may invite staff members (employees) to their account. Owners are responsible for managing employee access and permissions within their household.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep Tidy Bayti available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance or updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tidy Bayti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidy Bayti Consultancy W.L.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
