Welcome to Choir!

We are SO excited to hear that you are interested in taking choir next year. Tidwell Choir is the perfect place to make friends, have fun, sing incredible music, and go on AMAZING field trips. Middle school is quite a change from elementary school, so our main goal is to help your student transition into a successful middle school student through a nurturing environment, character building experiences, and leadership opportunities in our choir room! With nearly 430 students, the Tidwell Choir program spans a vast population on campus, so by joining choir, you are joining a giant family of Titan Singers!

What Does Choir In 6th Grade Look Like?

Tidwell choir has 4 different 6th grade class sections - 2 girls classes and 2 boys classes. This means that there is a very good chance that at least a couple of your friends will be in your choir class! We have 4 concerts, 2 contests, and take around 4 field trips as well. Tidwell Choir AFTER SCHOOL field trips in the past have been Altitude Trampoline Park, Texas Rangers Baseball Game, Main Event, Epic Water Park, Dallas Mavericks Game, NRH2O Water Park, and Cinemark Movie Theater.
