New to Step Up For Students? Don't worry... we're happy to walk you through the process!
Tidewater Nature Club, LLC is a Direct Pay Provider with Step Up For Students. This means eligible families can use their student's scholarship funds to pay for Nature Club sessions, making it easy to invest in meaningful outdoor learning experiences while utilizing the educational resources available to your family.
How to Reserve Funds
Log in to your Step Up For Students EMA account.
On the left menu bar, under Spending, click Marketplace.
Click Find Providers.
Select your student from the dropdown menu.
In the search bar, type Tidewater and click Search.
Click Tidewater Nature Club from the search results.
Under Select a Location, choose the only available location.
Select the item you wish to reserve funds for:
Enrollment/Registration Fee – $100 (paid once per year, per student)
Tuition – $85 per 4-week session
Change the Quantity to match the number of sessions you would like to reserve funds for.
Click Add to Cart.
If you would like to add registrations for additional students, click Continue Shopping and repeat Steps 4–10 for each student.
When you are finished, click the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Review your cart and click Reserve Funds for each student individually.
Once your reservation is complete, the funds will be set aside in your student's scholarship account for Tidewater Nature Club. Reserving funds does not immediately transfer money; it simply authorizes Tidewater Nature Club to invoice Step Up For Students for the reserved amount after services are provided.
