Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide hands-on science lessons that guide children in exploring and understanding God's creation, including plants and animals, through outdoor learning, hiking, nature journaling, experiments, and observation.

Tidewater is where the water meets the land. It's where tides come in and out, in a steady rhythm. It reflects the changing seasons while reminding us that God created everything with purpose and order. In Scripture, water points to life, renewal, and God's provision. The tides are a picture of His constant faithfulness, even when life feels like it's shifting. Tidewater is also the street we walked between our two houses as we dreamed and planned this group...  a little special connection to where it all started.
