GUEST ROOM RESERVATIONS

GUEST ROOM ACCOMODATIONS: Hotel will honor the following room rate for Group's use.  Hotel does not guarantee any particular rooms, nor does it guarantee room type, availability, or proximity to each other.  Please be aware that Hotel will honor the negotiated room rate until the date indicated below but is not holding rooms.  Please make reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability!

Standard King|  Up to two ppl  |  $119.00 per night for 2/19/2027 and 2/20/2027

Standard Queen/Queen |  Up to four ppl  |  $129.00 per night for 2/19/2027 and 2/20/2027 

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) and occupancy tax (currently $2.00) in effect at the time of check-in.

Pre & Post Room Rates:  Guests arriving up to three days prior to the start of the conference or leaving up to three days after the conclusion of the conference will be extended at the group rate, plus applicable state and local taxes, per standard room, per night, based on availability and room type.

Method of Reservation:  Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with Hotel reservations prior to the Cut-Off Date of Wednesday, January 20th, 2027, either via booking link, or by calling the hotel directly at (757)-366-5700. All guests should identify themselves as a member of the "Tidewater AACN Presents: "ALL Hands on Deck" Acute and Critical Care Symposium in order to obtain the Organization's rate.  Hotel will accept reservations from attendees after the Cut-Off-Date ONLY on a space-and rate-available basis.

Guaranteed Reservations/Cancel:  All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of the above methods.  In the even a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received before 72 hours prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 

Check in & Check-Out:  To accommodate guests, we respectfully request a 4:00 PM check-in and an 11:00 AM check-out. When notified in advance, we are able to provide luggage storage for guests arriving early and departing after the requested times.  All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Airport Transportation: Airport shuttle arrangements to and/or from Norfolk International Airport can be made by the attendees along with their hotel reservation or by calling (757)-366-5700 and asking for Guest Services.  There is currently a shuttle fee of $14.00 per person each way.  Prices subject to change and will be confirmed 3 months prior to arrival.
