By downloading or using Tidefold (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Puzzle levels, rules, visuals, and branding in the App are owned by the publisher or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.
Use the App for personal entertainment. Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt services, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
