This privacy policy applies to the Tick Video: Offline Gallery app for mobile devices (collectively, the "Application"), operated by Muhammad Waqas (referred to as the "Service Provider").

The Application is a 100% local utility application. We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data, photos, videos, or user files to external servers. All your media files remain strictly on your physical mobile device. The Application operates completely offline and maintains no cloud infrastructure or remote databases.
2. No Automatically Collected Data or Tracking
Unlike online services, this Application DOES NOT automatically collect or log information such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, pages visited, or time spent in the app. There are zero background analytics tools, zero trackers, zero cookies, and zero advertising SDKs embedded inside the codebase.
3. Permissions and Their Purpose
To provide core gallery and media playback features, the Application requires specific device permissions. These permissions are strictly processed client-side:
• Storage Access / Media Permissions (Android 13+): Required exclusively to read, display, and manage your local photos and videos within the application interface.
• Local File Management: Required to perform local file functions such as moving media files into the Private Vault.
4. Private Vault Security
The Private Vault feature moves your selected media into a hidden, password-protected local directory sandbox container on your device.
• The Service Provider has no access to your password, PIN, patterns, or locked files.
• Warning: Since data is stored 100% locally, if you uninstall the Application or clear its cache without manually unlocking and exporting your files back to the public gallery beforehand, your vaulted media will be permanently lost.
5. Third-Party Access and International Data Transfers
Since the Application requires no internet connection and does not collect data, absolutely no information is transmitted to third parties, external services, or across international borders.
6. Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under any age, as it features no data collection mechanisms whatsoever.
7. Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Because all operations are executed entirely on your local device storage, your personal media benefits from your operating system's native hardware and software security boundaries.
8. Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
