Its 2025, and 4 years ago Discord added Threads to their platform to make it easier to break up into conversations, they're also great for Ticketing, leveraging Private Threads we plan to allow you to create Tickets using Threads!

Tickets Whitelabel is a way to make Tickets yours!
Currently its in request only beta, we're planning to fully realese it and move it from TicketsPRO to its own thing

Learn how many Tickets you're seeing every month, week, and daily and compare them with last month, last week, and yesterday, along with many more stats such as Tickets Closed, Ratings received, How many of each, and your average (measured monthly)
