Privacy Policy for Tic Tac Toe Master
Effective date: August 12, 2026
App name: Tic Tac Toe Master
Package name:`com.gametion.tic.tac.toe`
Contact: [sahzeebkhan589@gmail.com](mailto:sahzeebkhan589@gmail.com)
This Privacy Policy explains how Tic Tac Toe Master handles information. Core gameplay works offline, does not require an account, and does not send gameplay statistics or settings to a developer-operated server. The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable privacy choices and Unity Ads to provide advertisements.
1. Summary
The app stores game statistics, virtual game values, settings, and an ad-availability status locally on your device.
Temporary match information, including player names entered for a local match, remains in memory and is not uploaded by the app.
Unity Ads may collect and share advertising-related device, network, location, interaction, and diagnostic data when its SDK is initialized and ads are requested or displayed.
Unity Ads is configured by the app for contextual/non-behavioral advertising. This limits behavioral targeting but does not stop all advertising-related data processing.
Google UMP may process information needed to determine whether a privacy message is required, display that message, and remember your privacy choices.
The app does not include a developer-operated analytics service, account system, cloud game database, social login, payment SDK, or crash-reporting SDK.
2. Information You Provide and Local App Data
The app does not ask for an account, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment details.
The app uses Android DataStore in its private app storage to save:
Wins, losses, and draws.
Local-only coins, gems, and daily-reward state.
Sound and music settings.
Theme selection.
A local status indicating whether ad requests are currently allowed.
During a match, the app also keeps temporary information in memory, such as the board, game mode, AI difficulty, selected mark, scores, timer, and local player names and avatars. This match information is used only to operate the game and is not sent by the app to Unity, Google, or a developer-operated server.
3. Advertising and Data Processed by Unity Ads
The app integrates Unity Ads SDK 4.19.0 and can display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. When Unity Ads is initialized or an ad is requested or displayed, Unity may automatically collect or receive data such as:
IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address. The app does not request precise location permission.
Device, advertising, app-specific, or other identifiers, subject to device settings, age-related treatment, and applicable law.
Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app name/version, language, time zone, and network information.
Ad activity, including ad impressions, views, video views, taps, clicks, completion events, and rewarded-ad events.
App or SDK diagnostic information used to operate and measure the advertising service.
App usage times if Unity's Acquire Optimization feature is enabled in the Unity dashboard.
Purchase-history signals if available to or supplied through Unity advertising services. Tic Tac Toe Master does not contain in-app purchases and does not directly send purchase data.
Unity states that these categories may be collected and shared for advertising or marketing, analytics and measurement, app or SDK functionality, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Unity states that its SDK data is encrypted in transit.
The app sets Unity Ads to non-behavioral mode. Ads are therefore intended to be contextual rather than selected using behavioral advertising profiles. Contextual advertising may still use information such as IP-derived general location, device characteristics, app context, and ad interactions to deliver, secure, cap, and measure ads.

4. Google User Messaging Platform
Where configured, Google UMP requests updated consent information when the app starts and may display a privacy message or privacy-options form. Google and its consent technology may process network/device information and privacy-choice signals needed to determine which message applies, display it, and remember the result.
UMP's `canRequestAds` result is used only as a gate for whether the app initializes Unity Ads. It is not treated as permission for personalized ads; the app still configures Unity Ads for non-behavioral advertising.
In builds or regions where a UMP message is not configured or consent is not required, the app may initialize contextual Unity Ads without first showing a consent form, where permitted. Where UMP reports that ads cannot be requested, the app disables new Unity ad loading.
For more information, see the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [Google UMP documentation](https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy).
5. Your Advertising Privacy Choices
When applicable, a Privacy choices item appears in the app's Settings screen. You can use it to review or change choices presented through Google UMP. Availability depends on the privacy-message configuration and the laws that apply to you.
Unity ads may also display a privacy icon that links to Unity's access, opt-out, or deletion controls. You can manage or delete the Android advertising ID through your device's privacy/ads settings, where supported.
Changing a privacy choice affects future ad requests. It cannot retract data already processed by Unity or Google. Clearing the app's storage may reset locally stored app and consent state, but third-party deletion requests must be made through the relevant third party.
6. Permissions
The app directly declares internet and network-state access for Google UMP and Unity Ads. The integrated SDKs add advertising-ID access and Android Privacy Sandbox Topics and Attribution access to the merged app manifest. They also add wake-lock, boot-completed, and foreground-service permissions for SDK initialization and background operations. These permissions make SDK functions available; the app still configures Unity Ads for non-behavioral inventory and does not itself query a device location sensor or Android Topics. The app does not request precise or approximate device-location permission, camera, microphone, contacts, phone-state, or shared-storage permission. Sound and music use Android audio playback APIs; the app does not record audio.
7. How Information Is Used and Shared
Developer-controlled local game data is used to operate matches, calculate and display statistics, remember settings, apply themes, and maintain local progress. We do not sell this local game data or use it for advertising profiles.
Advertising-related data is transmitted to and processed by Unity and, where UMP is used, privacy-choice information is processed by Google. Unity may share advertising data as described in its privacy documentation, including with advertising, measurement, service-provider, security, and legal-compliance partners. Ads may contain links to third-party apps or websites whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
App stores and operating-system providers may independently process install activity, device information, diagnostics, backups, or account activity under their own terms. This policy covers data processing caused by Tic Tac Toe Master's code and integrated SDKs, not an app store's independent processing.
8. Offline Use and Security
Core local gameplay works offline. Internet access is used for consent operations and advertising. The app has no online multiplayer, cloud leaderboard, remote matchmaking, or developer-operated game backend in this version.
Local game data is stored in private Android storage and protected by Android's app sandbox under normal device conditions. Unity states that Unity Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, particularly on rooted, modified, or compromised devices.
9. Android Backup, Retention, and Deletion
Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device, Android version, Google account, and backup settings, Android or Google services may back up or transfer local app preferences, game statistics, and consent-related state. Restored data may reappear after reinstalling the app or setting up another device.
To delete local data, open Android Settings, select Apps, select Tic Tac Toe Master, open Storage or Storage & cache, and select Clear storage or Clear data. You can also uninstall the app. Backup copies may remain under your Android backup settings.
Because the app has no user account or developer-operated backend, there is no server-side game account for us to delete. Unity and Google determine retention of data they process. Use their privacy pages and request tools for access or deletion requests relating to their services.
10. Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly ask children to submit contact details, location, photos, audio, or account information. Local player names entered for a match are not uploaded by the app.
Unity Ads is configured for contextual/non-behavioral inventory, and the Unity project is intended to be treated as child-directed. Contextual ads can still involve limited device, network, approximate-location, ad-interaction, and security data as described above. Parents or guardians can use available privacy controls, device advertising-ID controls, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us below. Third-party advertising-data requests should also be directed to Unity through its privacy request process.
11. International Processing
Unity and Google may process advertising and consent-related information on servers outside your country. Their privacy policies explain their international transfer safeguards. Developer-controlled gameplay data is not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
