Today, more than ever, we need classroom servant leaders to help students navigate an ever-changing world. As a leader in the classroom, I hold to the belief that I am both a teacher and a servant.

Implementing a servant leadership in my classroom helps me encourage students to become active participants in their education and that of their classmates. Instead of just sharing knowledge, I am helping to shape my students' futures as well-rounded adults.
