You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor attempt to translate the Application into other languages or make derivative versions. The application itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of ZHIFENG LI.
ZHIFENG LI strives to ensure that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services unless you clearly know what you are paying for.
The Calendar Application stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your phone and access applications. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software limitations and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. It may make your phone vulnerable to malware/virus/malware, compromise your phone's security features, which may mean that the Calendar app won't work properly or at all.
The app does use a third party service that states its terms and conditions.

You should know that there are some things ZHIFENG LI will not be responsible for. Some features of the app will require an active internet connection for the app. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you don't have access to Wi-Fi and you haven't left any of your data allowances.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Likewise, ZHIFENG LI cannot always be responsible for how you use the app, i.e. you need to make sure your device stays charged - if the battery runs out and you can't turn it on to use the service, [developer/company name] does not Take responsibility.
Regarding ZHIFENG LI's responsibility for your use of the app, it is important to remember when you use the app that while we strive to ensure it is always up-to-date and correct, we must always rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can provide it to you. ZHIFENG LI is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss suffered by you as a result of your complete reliance on this feature of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the application. The app is currently available - system requirements (and any other systems we decide to extend the app's availability to) are subject to change and you will need to download an update if you want to continue using the app. ZHIFENG LI does not promise that it will always update the app to make it relevant to you and/or to work with the version you have installed on your device. However, you undertake to always receive updates when the App is made available to you, and we may also wish to stop making the App available and may terminate its use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the Application and (if required) remove it from your device deleted in.
