OMRON 3G3M1 -EMP "TO_POSITIONING" Technology Object via PROFINET
The Omron M1-EMP drive includes built-in positioning functionality. However, this example allows you to use it in conjunction with the "TO_positioning" technology object of the Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC.
The advantage of this solution is that there are very few settings on the inverter side, while all other settings are handled by the PLC. This drastically reduces commissioning and error diagnostics times.
