THUTO PLATFORMS ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

At Thuto Platforms, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal information. If you would like to permanently delete your Thuto Platforms account and the personal data associated with it, you may submit an account deletion request using the process below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Thuto Platforms account, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your registered phone number.

• Your full name (if applicable).

• A brief statement requesting the deletion of your Thuto Platforms account.

For your security and to protect your personal information, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your request has been verified and processed:

• Your Thuto Platforms account will be permanently deleted.

• Your profile information associated with the account will be deleted.

• You will no longer be able to sign in using that account.

• Your subscriptions, learning progress, and access to premium content associated with the deleted account will end.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Data That May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited information for a specified period where necessary to:

• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

• Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

• Enforce our legal rights or resolve disputes.

Any retained information will only be kept for these legitimate purposes and will not be used for marketing or any unrelated activities.
