Thursday Therapy could not exist or be possible without the helping hand of a few good friends! Venues and vendors from all corners of the event industry interested in partnering with us for an upcoming event can fill out the form below.
Here are our available sponsorship opportunities by date and vendor/sponsor type.
All events are hosted on the 3rd Thursday of each month with the exception of our Holiday event (a joing November+December event).
There is no event in September.

GENERAL SPONSORSHIP INFO
What does it mean to become a sponsor? What is the sponsorship commitment?
All of our sponsors participate in-kind, meaning they donate their time, staffing, goods, and/or services rather than monetary contributions. We recognize that this commitment can look different depending on the sponsor’s area of expertise and capacity, and we work collaboratively to determine a contribution that is meaningful and achievable for each partner. Our goal is to create mutually beneficial relationships where sponsors can showcase their work while directly supporting our mission.
What are friendors?
Friends are vendor friends! The professionals that attend our events really do become real-life vendor partners and establish long-last business relationships and friendship. In a referral-based industry, these relationships are priceless!
How many professionals attend each event?
Attendance at each event will vary based on the time of year. However, we can safely say that you an expect 40-150 people per event. This creates an intentional networking opportunity.
What are the perks of sponsoring?
Apart from meeting great vendors that can lead to lasting friendships and relationships, the TT team will cross-promote you on our website, newsletter and social media pages. At the event, we will introduce you to the attendees (and thank you graciously!). You will have an opportunity to showcase in whatever way you'd like, we have virtually no restrictions! You will also receive the registration and attendee lists including all contact info. And, be sure to bring your business cards for our check-in table. Lastly, the TT team has their eyes and ears open. We will facilitate introductions as much as possible. Often vendors walk-in and ask to be introduced to certain vendors, and we do our best to make that happen!

Our general request from vendor sponsors:
Other than sponsoring at an event, please help us promote the events! Please share the social media post that we tag you in and share our event invite with other industry professionals. The more the merrier!
What we're requesting from each type of vendor sponsors:
VENUE - Please provide the space and staffing. Please provide tables and chairs if you provide them in-house to clients.
VENUE with CATERING and/or BEVERAGES IN-HOUSE - Please provide the space and staffing. Since you have an exclusive on the the food and/or beverage packages for your venue, we ask that you also provide the food and beverage for the TT event. Please provide tables and chairs if you provide them in-house to clients. If you only provide food or beverage, the TT team will assist with finding an appropriate vendor to fill in that opportunity. We can also assist with finding vendors that wouldn't compete with your offerings, like a dessert or coffee cart, etc.
(General Note) FOOD, BEVERAGES, DESSERT, ETC. - We have no requirement on what you showcase. You choose what kind of food and beverage service and offerings. As a food example, tastings and samples is totally ok! Do keep in mind, this is not to feed the guests, this is really to showcase your offerings and what makes you unique. As a beverage example, everyone loves an open bar, but this is not required. More often, we request a highlighted drink, a non-alcoholic option, and a water station. Again, do keep in mind, we want to showcase your offerings! Sometimes just a beer and wine are offered, sometimes a specialty cocktail paired with a specialty non-alcoholic cocktail... and, hey, sometimes a full bar! Attendees are there to make lasting connections and learn about your business - not binge. Again, we know food and beverage can be a big ask, so we encourage you to participate in a capacity that is appropriate for your company.
RENTALS - We will only ask for rentals when a venue does not provide their own or if there is a specialty rentals company providing unique furniture. We would love to showcase these options!
LINENS - Linens are the beginning to any beautiful table top and we need some linens at almost every event. What is this year's specialty pattern and color?
MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT - Any sort of musical entertainment is welcomed! We've had singers, acoustic instrumentalists, bands and DJs!
FLORAL, DECOR + DESIGN - What's trending? This is where you come in! Showcase your design signature and enhance the venue space and experience. Creativity in any form is welcomed. We will assist in procuring linens relevant to your design to the best of our ability.
PHOTO, VIDEO + CONTENT CREATION - We count on you to help us capture the moments! We ask that you capture our attendees enjoying the event as well as highlight each Sponsoring vendor. Please help us get an all-vendor photo. For a turn-around time, we kindly request within 25 days for a full album, but we'd love to have a few teaser photos or footage within a week of the event, if your schedule allows.
PHOTO BOOTH & AV - Is there something trending on the tech side? Is there something special you'd like to showcase about creating a memorable or unique experience?
BEAUTY - Hair, makeup, barber, etc. You enhance our fabulous features! There are a number of ways you can participate in our events!
PLANNERS + COORDINATORS - Help us plan any one piece or all of event! We're flexible on your participation level. We know most planners do some level of design, but some don't. There are different ways you can participate. Please contact the TT team to discuss ways in which you can participate!
SPECIALTY & EXPERIENTIAL VENDORS - You offer something super unique. Maybe you're an artist that does on-site sketches or a vendor that creates custom scents on site. Maybe you take care of dogs at a wedding or you're an officiant! The possibilities are endless. We want to showcase what you do!
ATTIRE+ACCESSORIES - Are you a bridal or tux shop or a stylist? Show us what you got and what's trending!
