• Community Events: We led multiple community initiatives and produced creative, hand-on workshops to bridge the gap between STEM interest and participation.

• Recruitment: Successfully onboarded 3 new members and recruited 15 younger kids and 8 new mentors to the FIRST community, helping grow and sustain the program.

• Partnership with other FIRST teams: We serve as FIRST Ambassadors year round by hosting FLL mentoring sessions, library events, and collaborating with other FTC teams.

• 30hr Challenge: We participated in an invitational event in Mequon - an intense design, build and coding event to draw awareness and increase our digital presence.

• Future Plans: A portion of funds of will be used to establish scholarships at BadgerBots to support STEM opportunities for underprivileged students in Dane county.
