Dear Chris and , Bradford and David, When I downloaded from -US/thunderbird/all/ The site said that TBird will download the appropriate version automatically. The site downloaded Version 38.3.0.dmg. Anyone know if this version will install on El Capitan? Have been afraid to try as it was mentioned earlier that only OS X 10.10 was supported. I am new to Mac and did not want to Mess up my new Mac. Anyone know if it is safe? Or will TBird just not install? Any known problems? Should I migrate first from Outlook Express 6 to Thunderbird and then migrate to the OS X ? Or install TBird straight to the OS X and import the Outlook Express to it in EL Capitan? David, Happy to hear that You had no problem installing Firefox to Mac 10.11 I will do it too.
