he starts with the same stats as cain but will die in less than a second at any health if he stands in a brimstone beam for a litte too long. jeff sucks and to reinforce that we banged out this mod in like 2 hours

oh yeah also his birthright makes him only get chests he can open and has a chance to give him a glyph of balance effect whenever he enters a room and sometimes enemy bullets will change their minds and just make a 90 degree turn when near him
