• "User Age Group": A strict age-tier classification ("Adult", "Youth", or "Child") passed via Meta's secure platform APIs to ensure correct service logic.

• "IP Address": A unique string of characters used by your headset or gaming device to communicate across internet routing protocols.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND PERMISSIONS

We request and access specific platform permissions via the Meta platform to facilitate secure online play and safety compliance:

• A. Meta User ID / Account ID: Your unique Meta platform identity is requested and collected securely to interface with our backend service (PlayFab) to authenticate your profile and log you into your game progression save file.

• B. Meta User Profile: We query your public profile configuration to pull your chosen player username and display avatar context. This data is rendered inside multi-user spaces to identify you to other active players.

• C. Meta User Age Group: We query the Meta platform age category tier strictly to comply with systemic global child protection regulations and safety protocols.

• D. Network IP Address: Your internet protocol routing address is logged and associated with your internal authentication profile for multiplayer connection establishment and internal network moderation actions.

3. USE OF DATA

We utilize your collected platform data exclusively for the following operational workflows:

• Game Session Management & Authentication: Using your User ID and Profile elements to establish active game profiles and store your acquired virtual metrics or unlocked cosmetics securely via PlayFab.

• In-Game Identity Representation: Rendering your chosen display username or avatar visuals inside multiplayer lobbied matches so you can interact with peer players.

• Safety, Compliance, & Age Verification: Processing the User Age Group flag strictly to confirm legal compliance with minor protection guidelines and route players directly to the corresponding, secure age-gated multiplayer environment.

• Network Moderation & Security Integrity: Utilizing network IP entries exclusively to execute platform security blocks, issue hardware or IP-level bans, and process reports of active abuse or cheating.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our multi-user structural framework leverages reliable third-party infrastructure. We do not exert direct control over how independent third-party ecosystems execute separate privacy policies. We encourage you to review their specific operational practices:

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY COMPLIANCE

Our Services strictly respect children's privacy laws. We access the Meta platform's User Age Group category flag directly from the device to enforce compliance:

• The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 without appropriate platform-level parental consent configurations.

• If a player's User Age Group flag indicates a minor or restricted child tier account, our platform system automatically restricts data handling, switches off unauthorized communications, and reverts the account status entirely to an optimized, safety-compliant, underage multiplayer experience.

6. USER RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION

You retain full control over your platform data. If you are unsatisfied with data tracking practices or want your game account data entirely purged, you can request total deletion:

• Deletion Scope: Upon processing, all historical game progression records, associated database profiles, network IP maps, and mapped Meta ID data points will be permanently deleted from our active internal storage networks.
