Our Story
Rooted in Community. Growing Together.
Rooted in Community. Growing Together.
Our Founders
After working together for more than a decade, we founded this company with one shared belief: strong communities create strong people—and everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Our journey began in Indiana SNAP-Ed, where we spent years supporting healthier communities through education, partnerships, and systems change. When funding ended, we saw firsthand the gap it left in the places that needed it most. Rather than step away, we decided to step forward—building something new that could continue the work we love.
We’re passionate about giving back to the communities that raised us and inspired our careers. To us, community means more than geography—it’s the people we live beside, work with, share meals with, and call family. Together, we’re committed to being a trusted resource and partner, helping our neighbors and organizations across Indiana create healthier, more connected places to live, learn, and work.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 25 years of experience, Erin has devoted her career to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. A wife and mother of three, she understands firsthand how access to health is the foundation of strong families and vibrant communities. Erin believes that health is a universal right, not a privilege—and she’s committed to turning that belief into action through meaningful, community-centered work.
