Professor Kyung Hee Lee presented the study, "Which Evidence-Based Interventions are Most Effective in Advancing Healthy Aging Among Older Adults with Cognitive Impairment? Evidence From a Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials" at the 23rd IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics (IAGG 2026) .

The study conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials to evaluate the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions for promoting healthy aging among older adults with cognitive impairment. The findings demonstrated that intervention effectiveness varied according to delivery format and component structure, highlighting the importance of multidomain and tailored intervention strategies across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains.
