This privacy policy describes how your data is handled in the Thrive Budgeting App.
Thrive Budgeting App allows you to enter and manage details about your income and expenses, including transaction names, amounts, and categories. The app does not require you to provide any information to use its features. All information entered is voluntary and user-controlled.
Local Storage Only: All data you enter into the Thrive Budgeting App is stored only on your device. The app does not upload your data to any external server, cloud service, or third party.
No Data Sharing: We do not access, collect, transmit, store, or share your personal information in any way outside of your device.
No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address to use the app.
No Analytics or Tracking: This app does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
No Third-Party Data Sharing: Your data is never shared with or sold to anyone, including third-party services or advertisers.
No Cloud Sync: The app does not back up your information to the cloud or any remote server.
Device Storage: All data remains on your device and is managed by iOS’s built-in security.
User Responsibility: We recommend using your device’s security features (such as passcodes, Face ID, or Touch ID) to protect your information.
Thrive Budgeting App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us via the App Support link and we will address the issue promptly.
Deleting Your Data: You can delete all your data at any time by removing the app from your device. All information stored in the app will be permanently erased upon deletion.
Data Export: Premium users can export their income budget entries, expense budget entries, and the transaction information that is entered into the device. All export processing occurs locally on your device, and no exported data is collected, stored, or transmitted by us. If additional export capabilities are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
Apple Shortcuts: The app supports optional Apple Shortcuts, including automations that use Apple Wallet triggers provided by the Shortcuts app. When you create a Wallet automation that runs after an Apple Pay transaction, the Shortcut may pass certain information to the app (such as the transaction name, amount, and optionally, the merchant name or card name). This data comes only from the Wallet automation that Apple provides within the Shortcuts app. The app does not directly access Apple Pay, Wallet, bank accounts, or any financial institutions, and it does not retrieve payment information or transaction history on its own. All Shortcut data is fully controlled by you, processed only on your device, and is never sent to us or stored on external servers. Using Shortcuts is optional and can be added, modified, or removed at any time in the Shortcuts app.
The Thrive Budgeting App offers premium features through in-app purchases, including a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a lifetime one-time purchase. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store or in your Apple ID settings.
